The officialization of the decision that favors idiotic IGB Eletronica SA and gives the company rights for the iPHONE brand in Brazil has been postponed to February 13th, although INPI has already confirmed that there were no changes on that matter.
Due to “operational matters”, the delay occurs so that all the decisions “for all pending requests related to the brand, not just the request for the smartphone class” are unveiled at once.
